Sidebar only "below the fold"?

Hi there,
we're hoping to setup a homepage with a sidebar, but don't want that sidebar to begin "above the fold," but rather after our first coupon of rows of column.s Basically, we're hoping to recreate what we've got currently on TheSaltyMamas.com with a different theme.
Is there a way to set this up in GeneratePress?
