Sidebar Minimum Width

Hey, per my ad network I have to keep my sidebar at a minimum of 300px wide at all times. I have set it using percentages globally. But when in full-size desktop mode it is almost 400px. Is there a way to set a minimum per each media screen size so it will never drop below a certain size or percentage?
