Sidebar Layout

Hi,

I'm trying to change the sidebar layout for one of my pages, when I click any of the choices and then click update, it automatically goes back to the default setting "Global Layout Settings"

Is there some option I need to set to be able to change the setting?

Hi Mike,

This can happen when your previous theme had a page template which was set, but no longer exists.

1. Go to "Pages".
2. Find the problem page.
3. Click "Quick Edit".
4. Set the "Template" to "Default Template".

That should do it.

This same problem happened to me ! I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out what was going on but to no avail until I read this.
