Sidebar in one section

Using sections on a page is it possible to have one section (the first section) with a sidebar and then remaining sections on the page full width?
You could use a plugin like this to add a widget to the section: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-shortcode/
Then you'd just need to add columns to the section itself.
