Sidebar image display error

I'm trying to add an image to my sidebar. I keep getting an error code that reads, "an error has occurred, please reload page." Which I do, and it doesn't fix it.

The image size is 150w x 300h.

I can't replicate the same issue.
Can you try to clear the cache and disable all plugins except GP premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins?
