[Support request] Sidebar Element Link Not Working

Hello,

The sidebar element that I created for this page:

shows up, but it’s not clickable. I’m pretty sure it used to be clickable. I went into the element and checked and the URL was gone from the image so I re added it. But when I view the live page I’m not able to click on the sidebar image/ad.

Hi there,

there is no link attached to that image.
Is it still there in the widget editor ?

Yeah, it’s not a widget though–this is a sidebar element I have only showing up on specific pages.

Not sure if you can see that image. How can I include a screenshot for you?

That link to the image is fine 🙂

What if you add something below the image in the sidebar element ? eg. some plain text.
Does it get displayed on the front end ?
If it doesn’t then it could be the element has got cached.
If it does show then something is stripping the link from the image. Which could be a plugin conflict.
