I have a 2 page website and am using the content on left/sidebar on right layout. I would like to have different text show up in the sidebars on each page. Is this possible?
Yes that's possible pam, i think you have to install wordpress jetpack first and when you go to the appearance > widget part it will say visibility, you just check the boxes for the pages that you want the widgets to appear on then.
You can also install a plugin called "Display widgets" - https://wordpress.org/plugins/display-widgets/
It allows you select which pages each widget shows up on :)
