I am using Dispatch for the first time. I downloaded the example content. I’m figuring out the showposts, but I’m not sure which one is the main page with the cookie/muddy buddy recipes. Is this the “Standard” showpost?

yes that is correct, the first list in the content (below the header grid) is the Standard List.
