Showing top bar on all pages not just homepage

I am using Catalyst from the site Library. I have a top bar (in which I placed a menu. It appears above the main menu/main nav). I want this top bar to show on all pages, not just the homepage (it currently only appears in the homepage).
Is this doable? Should I be looking for some other way to make a small menu show above the main one other than using the top bar?
Just a follow up on the above question: it looks like the way to go about this is to use the secondary navigation, not the top bar. I should have looked a bit further into the documentation I guess.
