show secondary menu only in blog and post page

Hi
I created a categories menu using the secondary menu positioned in the center bellow header. I need that menu appears only in the blog page and the post page. Can you help me with this? Exist some filter wich I can use?

So you want to choose the secondary navigation here:

Then choose the display rule to achieve what you want:
