Show comments cookies opt-in checkbox.

Hi
I have Show comments cookies opt-in checkbox ticked and GP version 2.2.2 and premium 1.7.7 all active but the checkbox is still not showing. I have tried to clear the cache and every other thing I could think of but it still doesn´t show.
What should I so?
What if I wanted to add a second compulsory checkbox for the comments?

I tested the feature couple days ago and it's definitely working.
Your site is under coming soon page so I can't see.
Any chance you can disable it?

this is what i can see:
I can see the Cookie Consent label and field. Or is there something else missing? If this is correct then your browser cache needs clearing.
