Shortlink in the header of every page => Duplicate Content

Hello,
Since few days I'm using your templates (in the premium version also).
However I have some doubt regarding:

In the header of each page, you theme had the following code "<link rel='shortlink' href='https://www.[website].com/?p=4819' />"
We are worried about the duplicate content, because we have a 2 url for the same things:
- https://www.[website].com/?p=4819
- https://www.[website].com/correct-url/

Is it something that you are working on ? Or is it under control, and there is no risk of duplicate content?
