Shortcode widgets repeatedly disappear from my blog

I have a couple of sidebar widgets on my blog that include shortcode. I use WordPress's standard Text widget to add these to the sidebar.
Alas, these two widgets keep disappearing from the sidebar, seemingly at random. Could this be a theme issue?
(They are the top and bottom widgets in the righthand sidebar of the link below ... if they haven't disappeared by the time you read this :) )

I checked the page, refreshed quite a few times and can still see the 2 widgets no problem.
Unfortunately, that makes it quite hard to debug...
We haven't had this problem reported before so it's unlikely due to the theme.
Can you let us know when it happens again?

Just checked again and they are still there :)
