Shortcode in PHP

No problem!

Hello, GP

I paste shortcode to Appearance - Elements - Hook - WooCommerce-Account.
There are 3 options there:
woocommerce_before_account_navigation
woocommerce_account_navigation
woocommerce_after_account_navigation

Any option I choose shortcode is pasted before account content.
After shortcode goes Hello, ... . Logout.
All results are the same.

Is this GP or WC issue?

this guide shows all of the Hooks in Woo accounts pages:

If the hook you need isn't listed in the Hook Element then you can choose Custom Hook and a field to enter the hook name will be made available.

In the Hook Element you also have a Priority field, it defaults on 10. Adding a higher number will hook the element later ie. move it down the stack.
