Shortcode as page title

Hello, I was in a need to create dynamic page titles to accomodate changes that are happening as user enters new data to tables, so I created new entry with shortcode as a name for it, and it works, partially. It actually returns correct value inside page title when used as widget reference on page itself, but display on browser bar is shortcode itself... Is there a way to force WP to show it as value instead of shortcode there? I referenced the page below.
