    Hi there,

Can you try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts first?

    Let me know 🙂

None of my plugins should be causing any conflict. GP advertises that it works with Woocommerce, correct?

Can you please take a closer look? I don’t have time to worry about the design end not working. I also asked for the Lightweight Grid Columns fix mentioned in a forum thread. I have deactivated it in hopes that that was the problem. But, alas, it is not. Here are my plugins.

I just tested the option with no other plugins turned on and it definitely works.

We also don’t have any other users reported this.

Unfortunately you will have to go through the steps of disabling plugins.

Maybe start with caching plugins and Jetpack.

Apparently Jetpack is needed by woocommerce and doesn’t function without it. I just read threads on that.

Also, my product image on the home page is blurry and seems to be a theme compatibility issue that has been written about. I can’t seem to turn off the zoom control thing to see if that is the culprit.

Can you try turning off W3 Total Cache? I think that’s the plugin causing the issue.

If it is, we should be able to find a workaround.

That is indeed the one that causes the issue. I have turned on W3 Total Cache again and turned off the minify settings. That seems to have resolved the issue.

Hey Tom, do you think you can send me the Lightweight Grid Columns fix, purty please? Many thanks! and thanks for being a geek like me on a Saturday night! Woot!

Jetpack is definitely not required for WooCommerce.

Are you referring to the fix for using LGC in sections?

If so send us an email through account issue here:

I have the same problem when using Litespeed Cache.

The nubmer of columns on desktop shows correctly in the customiser but on the actual site it always shows the number of columns that is set for mobile, regardless of screen size.

Disabling the cache fixes this instantly.

    Any suggestion/workaround?

Can you look for similar settings as we suggested here?

I just had a play with settings.

Works ok when CSS is minimised, but Combine CSS causes the problem.

Strange as it doesn’t seem to cause a problem with any other CSS anywhere apart from the Woo column number on store and category pages.

I would like to be able to combine CSS files but really don’t know what is causing this issue.

Think combine CSS option creates issues like this from time to time.

I believe you can try to exclude certain files though.

Might be good to check with the plugin support to see if they can provide any suggestions.
