Shipping Option Buttons Missing on Cart Page

Using GP 3.0.1, GP Premium 1.12.2, WordPress 5.5.1, WooCommerce 4.5.2. Disabled all plugins other than WC and GPP. Cleared cache.
I have two shipping options (Local Pickup for Oklahoma only and Flat Rate for USA and OK). I cannot get shipping buttons to display beside each of these two shipping option on the Cart page. Please let me know if you need login credentials.
Appreciate any help.

The theme itself shouldn't interfere with things like this.
Can you test by activating a twenty series WP theme and see if the issue exists there?
You're correct. Changing to twenty twenty WP theme didn't make a difference. Always appreciate your great support!
