Shapes and Mobile responsiveness

Hi,
I'm working on a design prototype using shapes to do some curved section dividers for a more organic look.

It works well on larger screens, but the smaller we go the vector shapes don't scale responsively, and it doesn't look too good.

The designer asked "Could we supply multiple assets one for the main frame and one for the mobile spec?"
I'd also like to know that, or if there are alternative strategies so we can still utilize this functionality for the design but have it look good across all devices?
