Setting periodic server 500 errors in Google search console

We have noticed two times in the last few months google search console php server errors for theme pages located in the wp-includes and customize folders, examples:

right now we have 101 errors. Last time this happened it was cleared up with the newest Woocommerce update. Right now however there are no updates pending. IS there a way to check what is causing this? This will hurt our ranking of left unchecked.
