Separate Container For Page Layouts and Blog Post Layouts

Hi Support,
I was wondering if I can somehow have separate containers for Page layouts and Blog Post Layouts.
Only because I want a sidebar on my blog only, which I already did, however when I look at the layout it's too small I want it wider, but for my page layout it's the perfect size (that's without a sidebar), so they interfere with each other. One looking perfect and the other looking too small.

I think there might be a better way to do this but unsure as I can't see the issue.
