Are SEO results affected by disabling the content title? (Layout > Disable Elements > Content Title)
Yes, H1 elements are important for SEO. If you remove the content title, be sure to add your own H1 element on the page somewhere.

Any well coded SEO plugin should work with GeneratePress.
The real question is “Which is better? Yoast or Rankmath?”. 😀
And I believe it’s a matter of preference.
