Hello, could you say which front they're using. I mean "google front" or others. And which "Heading" style (Heading front) they're using.

Not sure if I understand.
The page you linked is using Segoe UI as the font?
I bold my all headings manually. Because without bolding it looks like text. Can I make it without bolding the heading?

If you're trying to change the font weight of ALL the headings on your site, go to Appearance > Customize > Typography > Headings and set all the font-weight sof the headings (or the ones you need) to at least 600. (bold weight for most font starts at 600, some 700).
