seems like my site is hacked. help?

So i just got my site from blogger to wordpress last month. And today, when i click any link on main page it sometimes opens two windows. One opens the post page on same window and One opens a new window to external ad or spammy site.
Can you guys check and help me in this?

If you have good hosting, you should be able to contact them to get them to clean the hack. Having a hacked website on a shared server puts the other sites on that server at risk.
