Sections with columns

I have a 4-column shortcode working fine at another site but can't make it work here and all I get is the shortcode itself...
Are there any special settings for those sections or something in security settings that might be blocking them?

Did you add the shortcodes via the Text editor ( not visual ) ?
Yes, I did so and I just repeated the copy/paste process in text editor and problem still the same...
It still works fine at old site but still not at new one.
Do you have this 4-column shortcode somewhere from where I can try a fresh copy/paste?
Can you make sure all of the quotations are "straight" and not "curly"?
Also, I assume Lightweight Grid Columns is active? It's strange that the shortcode isn't executing at all.

For some reason, the plugin was not active. Installed but not active.
I really don't know how this happened as I activated everything I needed when starting this migration from Divi. At some point, I cleaned up some installations left over from the previous site and maybe I clicked on the wrong de-activation link? I really don't know.
