[Resolved] Sections: can't disable default Visual Editor

Hi, I hate the visual editor mode in WP since it messes stuff up. So, I have it disabled in my account settings. On pages where I DON’T use ‘Sections’, it’s fine and the visual editor does not show. However, on pages where I do use ‘Sections’, my account setting is ignored and sections always default to opening in the visual editor. This is a root cause for recurring design issues and costs me too much time. I really need a solid fix for this. Please provide a hook/filter or whatever code to disable the visual editor in sections. I need it a.s.a.p. I am NOT using Gutenborg, I have the ‘classical editor’ plugin installed. are you using the latest version of GP Premium, we patched this issue in the GP Premium 1.8.3. Let me know

Hi, Yes, just after posting the new version came available. I updated and now finally the visual editor is gone. Forever. Thanks. Ticket closed. Cheers, WS
