Sections and Columns Plugin

Hey Guys.
Trying the Sections ADdon for the first time, also installed Toms Lightweight Columns Plugin.
Whilst Im seeing the Columns Button in Text Editor. It doesnt appear in the Sections Text Editor
Is this supposed to be like that, or a bug?
Ive reinstalled eveything, updated to Wordpress Version 5.0.3, installed Classic Editor, alas its still not appearing.
