    Hi,

I’m trying to edit my blog page but the edit section is missing on all my pages. I can edit posts as usual. See https://snipboard.io/im5uGg.jpg.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi there,

the Blog page ie. the one set in Settings > Reading > Display –> Posts Page is not a ‘normal’ page and cannot be directly edited.

What are you wanting to do with that page?

I want to add the “WP Show Posts” plugin (since it gives the option to show H3 text instead of H2 text for the headlines. My concern now is that the blog headlines all run together but I want to keep the headlines as H2 overall. I was able to add the shortcode before but now I”m not able to do it. If there’s a way I can space out the blog posts more without using the plugin, I’m open to that.

    Thanks

You would need to create a static page, you can name it Blog if you want – just don’t set it as the Posts page in the Settings > Reading.
