Secondary Nav Plug-in Not Working

I have GP 1.3.29 running on a local server. I have the secondary navigation plug-in 1.0.15 installed, it shows up in the customizing menu but it does nothing. Above the header, Below the header, in the right sidebar no secondary nav appears. When I check my generate press account I see that the add on is active for the correct website. What's wrong?
Have you created a menu for it in "Appearance > Menus" and set it as a theme location? More info here: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/using-menus/

Yes, that was the problem. I had not created a menu for the secondary navigation. It is working now. Thank you.
