Secondary nav/header not displaying on home page

Hello,

Secondary nav/header not displaying on home page and I can't see why.

This page I have set to be the 'homepage' in Settings >> Reading, but the header with logo is not there:

Please help

Hi there,

Did you happen to disable those elements using the metabox on that page?

Also I should mention that page header has been replaced with header element some versions ago. I would recommend migrating to the new system:
