Secondary Menu Only Appears on Home Page and Posts...Not Pages

I'm not sure if I'm maybe missing a setting somewhere?

The secondary (green) menu fails to appear on pages. It only appears on the Home page and Posts.

I do not have them disabled in elements.

Hi Laureen,

You have this CSS coming from a cached version of the stylesheets (litespeed).

#secondary-navigation {
                display: none
            }

I'm not exactly where this was added as the caching plugin prevents us from knowing.
