Hi guys:
All of a sudden my secondary menu appears below primary on MOBILE only.
I cleared cache and it goes back, then I clear safari and it appears below again
I cleared transient options and a few menu items are fine and a few are messed up below primary
When I clear each page cache it works fine until I clear safari— the problem appears again????

Mobile problem
Howard
PS
Now I cleared all cache on desktop and refreshed mobile…. it shows correctly
But… if I go to safari mobile settings and hit clear website data it seems to go back to menu underneath header navigation again.
PPS
Cleared safari again (NOW) and appears fine…… any idea what might be going on here?September 19, 2018 at 4:22 pm #681620DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
i have tried on a few browsers and can’t see the issue.
It sounds like a caching issue, try clearing any cache plugins or server caches if the issue re-occurs.September 19, 2018 at 5:18 pm #681663HowardTrued clearing everything back and forth
On my phone now the home page and test post are not right but look at other menu items… they seem ok….
?? (On my iPhone)
I go to desktop and clear cache for each menu item—then mobile is fine until I clear web data from safari on my phone——- then messed up againSeptember 19, 2018 at 5:21 pm #681666DavidStaffCustomer Supporti have been around the site on iPhone and still not seeing an issue. Caches can be a pain. Let me know if it re-occurs.

September 20, 2018 at 2:21 am #681902DavidStaffCustomer SupportJust for some clarity – the Secondary Nav, where are you expecting it to display on Desktop and on mobile?
September 20, 2018 at 6:27 am #682080HowardDesktop : top (as primary ) fine
Mobile: menu toggle jumps from primary to under primary on and off:
Depending on the menu item hit.The problem appears as such:
After clearing desktop menu cache…
Mobile appears as such:Primary Menu black bar across on one proper line with MENU toggle to the right of logo (proper)
After clearing iPhone history primary menu appears across and menu toggle goes BELOW, the 2nd black bar.. eg.
The soundadvocate.com (Menu.) Proper
The soundadvocate.com
Menu) ImproperJust cleared iPhone history safari
Now all mobile is improper display ( as second example)Please write to me as private email
I would sincerely appreciate letting you into my dashboard- something is wrong as I now discover on desktop if I put a menu item subcategory as a drop down … half the drop down category is not showing ( interfering with my secondary menu
***IT ALSO does not appear on MOBILE MENU subcategory dropdown………
Thanks
HowardSeptember 20, 2018 at 9:50 am #682342HowardHi David:
It appears ( at the moment) something was “not right” with my pages, and “ category “ set up.
I have deleted my categories and kept pages. Now there are only 3 menu items on my navigation
It seems to have cleared the problem … ( for the moment)
Will get back to you if problems develop as I add to my menus.
Thanks
HowardSeptember 20, 2018 at 11:20 am #682397DavidStaffCustomer SupportThats good to hear. Are you still experiencing the problem with the logo forcing the navigation to a second row?
September 20, 2018 at 12:28 pm #682444HowardHi Dave:
In fact, I had to restore the site back a week—- now it’s working on mobile.
One thing I just noticed that’s odd:
Having left only 2 menu items on primary at this moment, if you view my DESKTOP (site) , I purposely put my CONTACT page as a dropdown from homepage.
On desktop when you hit the arrow down (to see contact page) it does not show completely… like it’s cut off.
As per my Secondary Nav having nothing in it now, and the css I have applied above, it seems ‘ odd’ and wrong. Can you understand what might be happening here?
I’m leaving it that way till you view it on desktop
Mobile is fine now
HowardSeptember 20, 2018 at 2:55 pm #682516HowardI fixed it!! The sub-menu size was blocking itself from displaying. Guess I did it myself after all but I must say… this is hard work!
Thanks ☝️September 21, 2018 at 3:12 am #682826DavidStaffCustomer SupportThats great to hear 🙂
