secondary menu display problem

Hello!

My secondary menu disappears on 768px and bellow and i dont think i have made that setting anywhere...
Checked custom css and i dont have a menu plugin right now that is making that setting...

Can i change this somehow?

Remove this CSS:

.secondary-navigation .menu-toggle {
    display: none;
}

Thank you, and sorry for this , i thought this css code was only hiding menu button of secondary menu, cause it was along with an other element...
