Search Results by Post type and Priority

Hi, I need assistance how to configure the theme to group search results and place them in order by post type. For example in this results page for apartment keyword. The post types are page, post and property. How do i set them on search results page as all related property post type being first on the list, then all pages on second and lastly all blogs on the last portion of search results, in that particular order?
