[Support request] Search Results behavior with Elementor?

Hi,

I’m using GP Pro with Elementor and seeing some unexpected behavior when using the theme’s search bar in either the header or the footer.

For example, on the site listed in the field below, if you run a search on the word “Engineering” results are returned in the exptected format….

However, if a search is run on the word “submit” it seems as if its reloading elements from the homepage and not returning results in the desired search format. The desired format would be all search results are displayed in the same format as is returned for the word “engineering” regardless of the search term used.

Any idea what is causing this and specifically how to fix it?
