I am using the GP premium parent theme. I don't have a search box now but you can find a search box on the 404 page.

Oh, now I got that it's showing all the posts because that search query is used in every post, is there any way to show limited like if you search blockchain it will show all the posts cause I used that term in every post< is there any way to limit that? if I can manually set what I wanna show when Someone searches the "blockchain"?

And another question I really wanna use wp show post to show post but it has been not updated since so is it ok to use that plugin or to wait since the merge with generateblocks any update on that?

the WP Search function is really rather basic - its going to find any string in the title or content of the post.
Theres quite a few search plugins that allow you to change what the query looks for - this article covers some of the more common plugins:

WP Show Posts is fine to use today.
GenerateBlocks update - we hope to go to Alpha in the next week - but i reckon the stable release will take several weeks, as it will require a lot of alpha/beta testing

its not really a question we can answer. My only suggestion would be to search for: "How to build a CMS" - you will find articles like this one:

The CMS ( Content Management System ) will be the bones to any type of content driven website.
But to be honest, if you have to ask the question, then i am going to sat its a LOT of work you're will be facing in creating your own FOrum system....

So what should I do? Choose any of cms and then build it on top of that? I am happy to learn languages if I have to cause am just a college student but when I mentioned the forum I am referring to something like quora but in a local area, After that, I will scale it.

I am sorry but i cannot advise on that. The options for databases, backend servers, programming languages are vast. And we are just humble WordPress developers.
