Hello, I have a problem adding the search button in the main menu, because on mobile devices, the magnifier overlaps the menu and doesnt let work.

Since you are using Mega Menu. Are you using their instruction to add Search? https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/search-box/
Try disabling GP's navigation search as well: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-search/
