Search Funtionality

Maybe I'm being too optimistic here but can anyone advise on how I might go about creating the sort of search experience that is at the top of this site: https://sohotheatre.com/about/team/
Specifically:
1. Show search symbol next to menu symbol
2. Open search box inline with navgation
3. Show tags/categories as suggestions under search box
