Search Form Results Including Templates

Hello,
I've reached out to Elementor and have not yet heard back. Basically the issue we're experiencing has to do with the search results that are being populated by the search form located in the main nav and throughout the site. When entering a term such as 'help' the populated results include elementor templates that should not be able to be seen by users. Wondering if you have ever come across this issue and might be able to suggest a remedy to exclude these templates from search results.

No Elementor templates are showing.
I wonder if it's because you are logged in as admin.

Thanks for the response.
(RU) – Best Help Desk Software is actually an elementor template. It's not a published page.
Oh I see.
It's linking to the Elementor library, but when you click, it goes to the homepage.
Not familiar with Elemntor, but I think they should have some filter that can prevent this from happening.
