[Resolved] Search Button in Secondary Nav

Hi,

Is this snippet for moving the Search Button to the Secondary Nav still working on the latest version of GP? Here’s the article:

I’ve added the PHP, and the Search Button is gone from the Primary NAV, but it’s not appearing in the Secondary NAV. Here’s the site:

Hi Leo,

Sorry, I was confusing the secondary NAV with the “Top bar” element. Is there any way to move the Search Box to the top bar?

Hi there,

the navigation search can only be displayed in a GP Navigation.
If you add a Secondary Navigation to your site, set it to before header there is an option to Merge the nav with with the Top Bar.

Thanks David, last question if you don’t mind. I’m going to just use the WP Search widget, but I can’t get it to align right with my social icons in the top bar.
