Search bar navigation don't find any product if i'm not logged

Yes I tried with a plugin and works when you search, but if you press enter and go to the page with the articles, there it’s a message ‘not found’.

Can you try disabling ALL plugins except the search plugin you're using and GP Premium?

If you have a child theme with a functions.php, can you try disabling it as well?

This is to check for any conflict. Perhaps there's a pre_get_posts somewhere within the plugins or code snippets on your site that is messing with the search query results.

I tried to disabling all plugins, except search plugin, gp premium, woocommerce and a function.php of my child theme.
But it still doesn't work..

When I try to found the product "Zafiro", this is the url:
