Search and Drop down menu not working

Hello All,
Unfortunately my search and drop down menu features are not working and I am unsure how to resolve it.

I'm seeing a jQuery not defined error.
It looks like you have a caching plugin installed, if you're minifying/combined scripts, be sure to exclude the jQuery file.
You can test by disabling the caching plugin.
