scrset missing when width and height set via WPSP and using CDN on GoDaddy

Hello,

The blog post thumbnails are not displaying if I set the width and height for images in WP Show Posts while the CDN on the managed GoDaddy account is enabled (the scrset is not defined, it shows up empty in inspect element). If I remove the width and height, the images will show up, but they're different sizes, and I can't ensure the client will adequately resize all images before uploading.
