Scrolling Grid Sections?

Hey Guys,
Can I make grid sections sticky? Like a sticky or scrolling sidebar?
I can't use a sidebar and scrolling plugin because every blog post I have will have a sidebar with links to different pages. So I need to be able to do it manually.
Can we do this with a piece of code?
