Scrollbar Disappearing or Popping In and Out

Hello,
I'm having an issue on certain pages of my site where the scrollbar will disappear or pop in and out once.
I've tested it in Chrome and Edge, and the problem seems to only be happening in Chrome.
On my homepage, (sometimes) the scrollbar is there on load, then it will disappear making the page shift to the right to fill in the space, and then it will pop back in again.
On my Downloads and Reviews pages, if you click back and forth between those two, the scrollbar on one or both will start to randomly disappear.
Little gremlins like this really annoy me. It just makes the site look broken, in my opinion.
The homepage is using full width blocks, but the other two pages are just the default no sidebar template.
Any ideas?

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

I tried disabling my plugins one by one. The issue stopped after I disabled GenerateBlocks.
I also noticed that I can't fully recreate the problem in an incognito window. I have to be logged out using a regular window in Chrome.
In the incognito window, I can only get the scrollbar to sort of blink. The page seems to shift a bit, but the scrollbar never fully disappears.
Hmm can't see how GB could be causing this issue.
So the issue exists with GB as the only activated plugin?
Are all plugins except GB disabled right now?
Yesterday, I deactivated each plugin one-by-one. I had my Cloudflare set to developer mode, so I didn't have to purge the cache each time. I purged my server cache using Kinsta's plugin each time and cleared my browser cache.
It was harder and harder to recreate the issue the more plugins I deactivated, but the problem didn't completely stop until I deactivated GB.
I've reactivated them all at this point. Have you been able to recreate the issue on your end using Chrome?

Can you start a staging site and deactivate all plugins except GenerateBlocks so we can properly test it?
Okay. I've created a staging site and deactivated all plugins except for GP Premium and GB.
Just to confirm, I was able to recreate the issue again in Chrome on the staged site with the plugins deactivated, by clicking back and forth between the Download and Reviews page. And I was able to get the scrollbar to temporarily disappear on the homepage as well.
It wasn't happening earlier today. I haven't changed anything on the site today. You may have to click back and forth a bunch of time to recreate the issue. Sometimes it happens right away and other times it takes a while.
I just tried about 50 times and unable to replicate the issue again.
If it only happens "sometimes" then I again highly doubt that it's a GP/GB issue - the codes are static so if there an issue then it would happen everytime.
