I have a scroll to top button issue, but it seems the problem is not fully fixed on latest update.
Could you help me to check this issue.

The latest release is a minor patch. (3.0.4 - see here - https://generatepress.com/generatepress-3-0-4/)
Tom has yet to release v3.1. That's likely the patch Tom will implement the fix. (as mentioned on the topic you've linked).
For now, the workaround Tom mentioned is still the way to go about it, unfortunately. :)
