[Resolved] Scroll Behavior

I added the following to additional CSS in the customizer:

html {
scroll-behavior: smooth;
}

I get a yellow/orange warning: unknown property ‘scroll-behavior’. What do I have wrong. I want my jump/anchor links to have the scroll behavior.
