Scaling section background image for different viewports

Hey Tom

I am using an image that has no copyright and I downloaded from the net. It is perfect for what I want to use it for. However it is a very odd size 1920 x 658.

It is fine as background in full screen, but is not tall enough to fill the background required in tablet and mobile view.

Is there any way to scale up the height of the background image (and the width to maintain proportions)using @media breakpoints for phone and tablet and relevant css?
