Sandwich menu & Youtube issues with Visual Composer

Dear folks,
Both the sandwich menu and Youtube are not working/showing.
Using Visual Composer (licensed).

the menu toggle is working on my browser(s). Can you clear you browser cache and let me know.
Where should the YouTube video be displayed?
I looked at your profile and couldn't see any more topics. The auto timed log out on the forum may have kicked in whilst you were writing, so it looks like it was submitted but isnt.

I really can't explain, but after hundreds of attempts, changing templates, disabling/removing plug-ins etc. etc. it is working.
I have changed the video with another one.
The strangest thing is; In edit mode it all worked fine.
