Sample or Demo Data

I've done some searches on the froum, and found a thread from a couple of years ago where a dev suggested that some sample/demo data feed files would be setup, in order to allow users to import sample data rather than work from a totally blank canvas.
I have the theme installed (premium) and am about to begin population. I just wondered if there is an sample/demo data files available as a starting point, or any docs which outline the best population order?

are you looking for demo posts? If so the fakerpress plugin is great for doing this.
If you're looking for woocommerce then they actually provide a demo file within the plugins sample data folder.
