same dimension image in category page

Hi,
Each post's feature image have a difference dimension. When i list in Category, for example https://www.vinaloka.com/informationen , the image isn't in the line and make the post's lists is unprofessional.
How could i make the image (show in list like category list) is in the line. Because all feature image have difference dimension ?

Did you make sure to clear any caching plugin or server cache?
